The sales industry is built on control and chaos. Sellers hate control. But what should a business do if control is its main indicator? About 20% of businesses are trying to digitize sales around their CRM and BI, while the other 80% write in notebooks, Excel, and fill out weekly reports manually.
However, almost all of them end up evaluating the results. That's right, all KPIs, plans, and goals are built around results metrics - sales amount, number of deals, number of calls, meetings, offers... But why? Why is the best salesperson better? Why did the other one sell less?
We found the solution 8 years ago as part of the White Sales consulting company I founded back in 2009. The inspiration came unexpectedly from the game FIFA Manager, and in fact all team sports and video games as a result.
The idea was simple - to digitize activities in all sales channels and evaluate them according to a transparent methodology. At the time, it was almost impossible technically, but we created a separate role of “mentor” in the company and provided this service by default for all customers.
In 2022, Big Sister was incorporated in the United States and began its journey of becoming a technological AI product.
